| Fast Tech Security Management, Inc was formed and operated by group of professionals, former military officer. It was organized on August 2007. Fast tech was granted license to Operate under the Directorship of Marlon Owen V. Cruz also its Founder under PSA-T-0056-2007 issued by PNP-SAGSD. |

Owen is a licensed security and business consultant with proven leadership in building and transforming information service and Security service businesses in multi-regional and multi-product environments. Recognized as an industry visionary, Owen brings substantial knowledge and experience from a diverse background in senior executive management. Most recently he served as Managing Director of iBRAINS Technologies Corp. and founder of iCONCEPT Marketing and Advertising, Inc. Prior to his ventures in the business world, he served as Senior Engineer in Smart Communications, Inc. for six years where he gained substantial experience in Information Technology and Telecommunication. He also worked as Business Development of Consultant in Wataniya Telecom Kuwait, the larges telecommunications operator in Kuwait for one year where he implemented many technological innovations including wireless Bank ATM connectivity, mobile stock exchange broker service and the connectivity of Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior (Police Department) Hotline service to customer database of Wataniya Telecoms. He brings all these together into Fast Tech’s vision while adapting to the current technological advancement applicable in Security services.
